Messe Frankfurt teams up with Guangzhou Zongheng Construction Technology Exhibition Co Ltd, join forces to drive the building industry forward in the Greater Bay Area
Guangzhou, 16 September 2026. Guangzhou Guangya Messe Frankfurt Co Ltd and Guangzhou Zongheng Construction Technology Exhibition Co Ltd have entered into a cooperation to jointly run the China Guangdong Construction Technology Exhibition (CCTE Build+) Good Houses, New Building Industrialisation and Intelligent Construction Exhibition at the China Import and Export Fair Complex from 9 – 12 June 2027. CCTE Build+ will encompass a wider range of the building industry supply chain, including design, construction, renovation, materials, smart technologies, and operations and maintenance. Guangzhou Guangya Messe Frankfurt Co Ltd has long supported the Greater Bay Area (GBA) through its leading building technology exhibitions, strong industry networks, and broad international influence. Likewise, Guangdong Zongheng Construction Technology Exhibition Co Ltd contributes more than a decade of expertise in South China’s quality homes and prefabricated buildings sector. The cooperation will combine both parties’ strengths and resources to accelerate new trade developments and spark broader industry collaboration.
